These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AskSUE™ website, telephone experience and related services operated by SnagAbiz LLC (“SnagAbiz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the website, calling AskSUE™ or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1.  ABOUT ASKSUE™

AskSUE™ is an artificial intelligence-powered voice experience designed to provide general business information, guidance and educational support to aspiring founders, entrepreneurs and small-business owners.

AskSUE™ is an AI system and is not a human representative. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use AskSUE™. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.

3. GENERAL GUIDANCE ONLY

AskSUE™ provides general educational and business guidance. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, investment or other licensed professional advice.

Information provided by AskSUE™ should not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific situation. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before making business, financial or legal decisions.

No conversation with AskSUE™ creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, employment or other professional relationship.

4.  NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

SnagAbiz LLC does not promise or guarantee that using AskSUE™ will result in business formation, funding, revenue, profitability, trademark registration or any other particular result.

Starting and operating a business involves risk. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, filings, purchases and business outcomes.

5.  NO-COST GUIDANCE CALLS

AskSUE™ may offer callers up to 10 minutes of no-cost business guidance. Availability, call length and service features may be modified, limited or discontinued at any time.

Telephone, mobile carrier or data charges may apply depending on your service provider. Additional services offered by SnagAbiz LLC may require a separate purchase or agreement.

6.  AI, RECORDING AND TRANSCRIPTION

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized or analyzed for service delivery, quality, safety and improvement purposes.

By continuing a call after receiving the applicable notice, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI system and consent to recording and processing where permitted by law.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7.  CONFIDENTIAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Do not provide Social Security numbers, passwords, banking details, payment-card information, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information.

You should also avoid disclosing confidential business information, protected trade secrets or information belonging to another person or company. AskSUE™ conversations may be processed by third-party technology providers that help operate the service.

8.  ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use AskSUE™ or our website to:

• Violate any law or the rights of another person
• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, threatening or abusive content
• Harass, impersonate or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce malware, automated attacks or harmful code
• Copy, resell, exploit or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to develop unlawful, discriminatory or harmful activities

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

9.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

AskSUE™, its branding, website content, prompts, written materials, graphics, audio, service design and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SnagAbiz LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use information received during a call for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense or commercially distribute our proprietary content or technology without written permission.

You retain ownership of the original information and ideas you choose to share, subject to the permissions needed for us and our service providers to operate, process and improve the service.

10.  THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

AskSUE™ may rely on third-party providers for telecommunications, artificial intelligence, voice generation, transcription, website hosting, analytics and other functionality.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, security incidents, content or practices controlled by third parties. Links to external websites do not constitute our endorsement of those websites or services.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of AskSUE™ without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect call quality, continuous availability or error-free responses.

The service must not be used for emergencies or situations requiring an immediate professional response.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskSUE™ and its related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

SnagAbiz LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnagAbiz LLC and its owners, officers, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AskSUE™.

This includes lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, loss of data or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated information.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to SnagAbiz LLC for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding six months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14.  INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SnagAbiz LLC and its owners, officers, contractors and service providers from claims, damages or expenses resulting from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

15.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16.  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of AskSUE™ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.  SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18.  ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SnagAbiz LLC regarding your use of AskSUE™, unless you enter into a separate written agreement with us.
