Please do not provide Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information during an AskSUE™ call.

2. AI VOICE AND CALL RECORDING NOTICE

AskSUE™ is an artificial intelligence-powered voice experience and is not a human representative. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized or analyzed for quality, safety, service delivery and improvement purposes.

By continuing a call after receiving the applicable recording or AI notice, you acknowledge your interaction with an AI system and consent to the collection and processing described in this Privacy Policy, where permitted by law.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate AskSUE™ and related services
• Respond to questions, requests and inquiries
• Create call summaries and identify requested next steps
• Improve the quality, safety and functionality of our services
